Sicilian Meatballs

  1. In a medium bowl mix together the bread crumbs and milk; let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, onion, egg, parsley, egg, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Add in sausage meat, pine nuts and currants; mix with clean hands, and shape in small meatballs.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  5. Add to sauce.
