Chinese-Flavored Ginger and Cellophane Noodles
- 30 grams Cellophane noodles
- 1 thumbtip's worth Ginger (julienned)
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/3 Carrot
- 1 Roasted sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp Secret Sauce
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- Rehydrate the cellophane noodles as instructed on the package, then cut into easy-to-eat lengths.
- Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise, then thinly slice diagonally.
- Julienne the carrots and combine with the Chinese style sauce.
- Add plenty of thinly sliced ginger to taste, toss, then it's done.
- Add ra-yu (not listed above) to taste for an even more delicious flavor.
- Prepare the Secret Saucein advance for a very convenient ingredient for grills, salads, and stir-fries.
