Halloween : Spicy Meatballs Skewers

  1. One sharp carving knife with half or one carrot and one potato will get plenty of scary skulls ..first cut to bite size ,peel,shape it to oval or round shape ,then what you need on face are 2 eyes,nose,lips ..freeform to make it scary dont fix the position ,only move the knife ...control you finger,carve it and make the hole on eyes to decorate with black pepper eyeballs later
  2. I make my own meat ball with 200 grams minced meat ,seasoning ,and form to bitesize ball ,set aside ,if you bought ready to use meat ball skip this step
  3. During craving pocess you may need half lime or lemon squeeze in water and soak your creation in to protect the fresh color,you can make these littles guys a night before use ,by safe them in plastic bag and put in refrigerator
  4. Boiling teriyaki hot soup ,add in teriyaki sauce ,water ,garlic,ginger sliced,add meatballs and skulls to boil until soft ,soup dissolves in half ,dont worried if some eyes will drop in the soup ,you can put it back later,take meatballs and skulls out ,let it cool
  5. Still boiling soup ,add chilli and tomato sauce and all ingredients left ,let it simmer until thickness ,heat off,now everything is ready ,sauce,meatballs,skulls
  6. Now use bamboo skewers to make cute scary meatballs ..topping with spicy sauce ..hope you all enjoy this :)
