Sesame Fried Rice Recipe
- 1 can (13 3/4 ounce.) chicken broth
- 2 c. cooked meat, diced (ham, chicken, pork, beef)
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 c. long-grain white rice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted or possibly plain
- 4 green onions, cut in 1/4" slices
- Add in water to chicken broth to make 2 1/4 c.. Set aside.
- Brown meat in oil.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Stir in rice and saute/fry till golden brown.
- Add in liquid, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low and cover pan.
- Simmer 30 min.
- Stir in green onions.
- Serves 4-6.
