Butterscotch Chex Mix
- 2 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups Wheat Chex
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 cups Pretzel Snaps (the Square Kind)
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 6 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1- 3/4 cup Butterscotch Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Add all of the Chex, pecans, pretzels, sugar, and cinnamon to a roasting pan.
- Pour melted butter over the mixture.
- Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Stir in butterscotch chips and enjoy!
