Ww Cucumber and Honeydew Salad

• 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
• 2 cups chopped English cucumbers
• 2 tablespoons chopped of fresh mint
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
• 18 teaspoon salt
• mint sprig (to garnish) (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients and toss gently to coat.
2. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
3. Garnish with mint sprigs before serving if desired.
