Broccoli Cheese Chicken
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Broccoli Cheese Soup
- 13 cups Water Or Milk. Milk Makes A Creamier Base
- Melt butter over medium heat.
- Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
- Stir in soup and water or milk.
- Bring to a boil, add broccoli, mix together.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done.
- You can serve the cheesy broccoli sauce over rice or noodles.
