Chocolate Marshmallow Dessert Recipe

• 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
• 3 ounce. coconut, browned
• 1 c. grnd nuts
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 1 can Carnation lowfat milk
• 10 ounce. pkg. mint chocolate chips, melted in double boiler & cooled
• 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

1. Mix graham crackers, coconut, nuts and melted butter.
2. Place 1/2 mix in bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan.
3. Then alternate layers of ice cream and sauce.
4. Top with remaining crumbs.
5. Freeze.
