Pull-Apart Pizza Bread
- 2 can Jumbo Biscuits
- 2 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 packages pepperoni (4.5 oz)
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 1 olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Heat pizza sauce in a pot on medium heat.
- Cut each biscuit into four equal pieces, and place into a large bowl.
- Add all of the cheese, pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder into the bowl with the biscuits.
- Mix thoroughly with hands, making sure all of the biscuits are covered with cheese and spices.
- Evenly distribute the mixture into a bundt pan (my pan of choice, but any baking pan will do), and cook until biscuits are done, about 20-25 min.
- (Note: biscuit cooking temp and time will vary by brand)
- If needed, loosen the bread from the side of the pan with a knife.
- Immediately place plate on top of pan, overturn the pan onto a plate, then turn again with another plate.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil and if using a bundt pan, place small dish of pizza sauce in the hole of the bread.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
