Peanut Butter Almond Fudge (Naturally-sweetened)

  2. Make the date syrup first.
  3. Combine half of the dates with the water in a food processor until a syrup mixture is formed.
  4. You may need to add a little extra water.

  6. Combine date syrup, melted coconut oil, peanut butter, remaining half of the dates, almond extract and sea salt in food processor.
  7. Process until the mixture is smooth and sticky.

  9. Line a 5x5 baking dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture into baking dish.
  10. 4.
  11. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  12. Move into the fridge for another hour or until firm.
  13. 5.
  14. Store in the fridge.
  15. Enjoy!
