Peanut Butter Almond Fudge (Naturally-sweetened)
- 1/2 cups Pitted Dates, Divided
- 1/4 cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cups All Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons Almond Extract
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- 1.
- Make the date syrup first.
- Combine half of the dates with the water in a food processor until a syrup mixture is formed.
- You may need to add a little extra water.
- 2.
- Combine date syrup, melted coconut oil, peanut butter, remaining half of the dates, almond extract and sea salt in food processor.
- Process until the mixture is smooth and sticky.
- 3.
- Line a 5x5 baking dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture into baking dish.
- 4.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Move into the fridge for another hour or until firm.
- 5.
- Store in the fridge.
- Enjoy!
