Pepper Corn
- 12 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 20 ounces frozen corn
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 (10 ounce) jarof sliced jalapenos, chopped
- salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 deg.
- Melt stick of butter in large saucepan, cut cream cheese into cubes and add to butter, after they are completely melted add evaporated milk.
- Bring to a boil and boil one minute, stirring constantly or it will stick and burn.
- Remove from heat and add sugar, salt, pepper, jalapenos and corn.
- Mix all together and add to a large baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
