Liptauer

• 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
• 1/4 cup butter ( 1/2 stick)
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• Chopped onion
• Chopped anchovy fillets
• Capers
• Chopped chives
• Radish roses

1. Mix the cream cheese, butter, and cream until fluffy.
2. An electric mixer is good for this (use small bowl).
3. Shape into a mound on a decorative dish and surround with the chopped onion, anchovy fillets, capers, and chopped chives.
4. Decorate with radish roses.
5. Serve with small pieces of rye bread (not sweet), thinly sliced.
