Crock Pot Cubed Steaks

  1. Place all ingredients (except corn starch) in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
  2. When finished, you can make a gravy right in the crock pot for topping.
  3. To do this, remove meat and in a small cup mix together 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 1/4 cup of cold water.
  4. Add to crock pot and mix well.
  5. Will thicken within 5 minutes.
  6. We had these with mashed potatoes and even my picky guy ate them right up!
