Crock Pot Cubed Steaks
- 8 whole Cubed Steaks
- 1/2 whole Onion, Minced
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch, For Making A Gravy Afterwards (optional)
- Place all ingredients (except corn starch) in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
- When finished, you can make a gravy right in the crock pot for topping.
- To do this, remove meat and in a small cup mix together 2 tablespoons of corn starch and 1/4 cup of cold water.
- Add to crock pot and mix well.
- Will thicken within 5 minutes.
- We had these with mashed potatoes and even my picky guy ate them right up!
