Seafood Fettucini Salad Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. fettucini
- 1/2 c. diced red onion
- 1 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 1/2 lbs. frzn imitation crabmeat, thawed, flaked
- 2 c. light mayonnaise
- 2/3 c. Italian dressing
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon light salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Cook fettucini according to package directions; rinse; drain.
- In large bowl, combine fettucini, onion, celery and crabmeat.
- In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Italian dressing, lemon juice, celery seed, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Toss into pasta mix till thoroughly combined.
- Chill, covered, several hrs or possibly overnight.
- 16 (1 c.) servings.
