Watermelon Spice Pie Recipe

  1. Combine watermelon rinds with just sufficient water to cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer till tender and drain.
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour into a pie shell.
  5. Bake at 450 degrees till brown.
  6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees till filling is set like pumpkin pie.
  7. Top with Cold Whip.
