Savory Herb Salt Rub
- 1 1/3 cup coarse sea salt or kosher salt
- 2/3 cup dried parsley
- 1/4 cup dried thyme
- 1/4 cup dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 cup dried shredded lemon peel
- 1/4 cup coarse ground pepper
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion, finely crushed
- Mix all spices in a medium bowl and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
- **This spice rub can be used on chicken, pork or fish.
- Just rub the meat with olive oil and rub in 1 tsp of the spice rub.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes and cook according to ur recipe.
