Green Beans Gourmet
- 14 cup butter
- 1 (9 ounce) package frozen French-cut green beans
- 34 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, undrained
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- In a 2 qt pan, melt butter.
- Stir in all ingredients except artichokes & pecans.
- Cover, cook stirring occasionally, until beans are crisp tender-about 5 - 7 minutes.
- Stir in artichokes & pecans.
- Cover; continue cooking until artichokes are heated through- 2-3 minutes.
