Daddy's Specialty! Amazing Japanese Leek Soup in 5 Minutes
- 2 Japanese leek
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Consomme soup stock cubes
- 1 tsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- 1 tsp Finely grated ginger
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1000 ml Water
- Boil water in a kettle.
- Meanwhile, thinly slice the Japanese leek at an angle and cook with the ginger and butter together in a small pot on high heat.
- Once the leek has become tender, add the boiling water, the consomme cubes, and the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
