Crispy-Topped Creamy Spinach

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, dressing, eggs and 3/4 cup Cheddar in large bowl.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
  4. Spoon into greased 2-qt.
  5. casserole; top with remaining crumbs and Cheddar.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  7. or until Cheddar is melted and casserole is heated through.
