Crispy-Topped Creamy Spinach
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 20 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, crushed, divided
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, dressing, eggs and 3/4 cup Cheddar in large bowl.
- Stir in 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
- Spoon into greased 2-qt.
- casserole; top with remaining crumbs and Cheddar.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until Cheddar is melted and casserole is heated through.
