Rice Flour Mitarashi Dango

  1. Put the rice flour into a bowl with the lukewarm water and knead into a ball.
  2. Note: Start with 100 ml lukewarm water, and if it's not enough to bring the flour together, then gradually add a little more.
  3. Boil for 3 minutes in plenty of hot water.
  4. Prepare the sauce while boiling the dumplings: Combine all of the ingredients in a heat-resistant dish, then microwave for 1 minute at 500 W. Lightly stir, then microwave for 1 more minute.
  5. Once it's finished, thoroughly mix until evenly incorporated.
  6. Note: For those who prefer a sweeter taste, use 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  7. Pour the sauce over the dumplings, then serve.
