Curry Chicken Salad

  1. Boil and cube chicken breasts.
  2. Put cooked, cubed chicken in a large bowl and toss with italian dressing.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, but no more than one day.
  4. Mix in celery, pineapple, and grapes.
  5. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and curry.
  6. Blend well.
  7. Add to chicken mixture and stir to blend well.
  8. Serve immediately or you can cover and refrigerate until you're ready.
