Almond Torte Recipe
- 4 x Large eggs, separated
- 1 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1/3 c. grated chocolate
- 1/2 c. minced blanched almonds
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. grnd graham crackers
- Beat the egg yolks till lemon-colored and thick.
- Add in sugar gradually, Beat egg whites stiff and dry and fold into mix.
- Add in chocolate, almonds, baking pwdr and crackers.
- Bake in buttered pan about 30 min at 350 , Split and put whipped cream between and on top.
