Veal Sorrentino Recipe

  1. H eat frying pan and add in 1 Tbsp.
  2. of veg.
  3. oil.
  4. Take veal and flour lightly.
  5. Place veal in pan and brown lightly; throw away oil.
  6. Add in 2 ounce.
  7. sherry wine, 2 ounce.
  8. chicken stock, 2 Tbsp.
  9. of butter and reduce sauce.
  10. While reducing sauce, top veal with a thin slice of eggplant, Prosciutto and Mozzarella.
