Veal Sorrentino Recipe
- 3 pcs of veal scallopini
- Eggplant
- Prosciutto
- Sherry
- White wine
- Flour
- Mozzarella
- Butter
- H eat frying pan and add in 1 Tbsp.
- of veg.
- oil.
- Take veal and flour lightly.
- Place veal in pan and brown lightly; throw away oil.
- Add in 2 ounce.
- sherry wine, 2 ounce.
- chicken stock, 2 Tbsp.
- of butter and reduce sauce.
- While reducing sauce, top veal with a thin slice of eggplant, Prosciutto and Mozzarella.
