Sweet-Heat Grilled Cheese & Chicken

  1. Sweet-Heat Apricot-Dijon Spread: Mix ingredients until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Spread 2 bread slices evenly with 2 Tbsp.
  4. Sweet-Heat Apricot-Dijon Spread.
  5. Top 1 bread slice with 1 cheese food slice, 2-1/2 oz.
  6. chicken, 1/3 cup spinach and second cheese food slice.
  7. Cover with remaining bread slice.
  8. Heat flat-top griddle to 350 degrees F; spray with cooking spray.
  9. Add sandwich; cover with dome lid.
  10. Grill 2 min.
  11. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
  12. Cut diagonally in half.
