Pineapple Colada Smoothie

• 13 cup crushed pineapple, slightly drained
• 1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
• 12 teaspoon coconut extract

1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Serve immediately.
