Tomato Phyllo Pie

  1. Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Preheat oven to 375F
  3. Combine butter and garlic.
  4. Place 1 phyllo sheet on pan.
  5. Brush with butter mixture.
  6. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle phyllo with mozzarella to within 2 1⁄2 inches of the edges, top with sliced tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle with feta cheese and basil.
  9. Roll phyllo edges to form rim.
  10. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until phyllo is crisp and cheese is melted.
