Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce

  1. Lightly salt the haddock and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Wipe any moisture.
  3. Use a knife to remove the bones and cut into bite-sized pieces, and coat with katakuriko.
  4. Fry Step 1 in 170C oil.
  5. Bring the ingredients to a boil in a frying pan.
  6. Add the fried haddock and mix into the sauce.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate, top with white sesame, and it's complete.
