Sherry Cocktail

• 3 ounces orange-flavored vodka (recommended: Grey Goose L'Orange)
• 3/4 -ounce sherry (recommended: Lustau East India Solera Sherry)
• Splash freshly squeezed orange juice
• Ice cubes
• Orange peel, for garnish

1. Shake vodka, sherry, and orange juice with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
3. Garnish with an orange peel.
