Beef Tips And Noodles Recipe

  1. In a skillet, brown beef in shortening; pour off fat.
  2. Add in soup, 1/4 c. water, catsup, mustard, garlic, Tabasco, and seasonings.
  3. Cover, simmer 1 1/2 hrs.
  4. Add in onions; cook 40 min more.
  5. Add in green peppers and mushrooms; cook 20 min longer or possibly till tender.
  6. Stir now and then.
  7. Gradually blend 1/4 c. water into flour till smooth; slowly stir into the meat.
  8. Cook, stirring till thickened.
  9. Serve over buttered, cooked egg noodles.
