White Fish Baked in Mayonnaise and Panko
- 2 filets White fish
- 2 tbsp each Cooking sake, mayonnaise
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Panko
- 1 tsp Parsley flakes
- Sprinkle the fish with cooking sake and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Pat dry.
- Lay the filets out on aluminum foil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Coat with mayonnaise.
- Combine the ingredients, spread on top of Step 2, then bake in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
