White Fish Baked in Mayonnaise and Panko

  1. Sprinkle the fish with cooking sake and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat dry.
  3. Lay the filets out on aluminum foil, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat with mayonnaise.
  5. Combine the ingredients, spread on top of Step 2, then bake in the toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
