Best Mint Cocoa

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1 (10 ounce) box chocolate-covered mint candies

1. Put everything into a slow cooker and cook on low stirring regularly for 1 hour.
