Cheeseburger Potato Wedge Nachos #SP5

  1. - In a nonstick skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Break apart the meat into small crumbles during the cooking process.
  3. Cook 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. - Whisk together 1/2 cup cold water with the brown gravy mix.
  5. Add into the beef.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
  7. - Arrange the Simply Potatoes Red Potato Wedges into a 9"x13" parchement lined glass baking dish.
  8. - Top the potatoes with the cooked beef and gravy.
  9. - Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  10. - Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  11. - Remove from the oven and top with the sliced scallions.
  12. - Serve immediately.
