Pelau

  1. Heat the oil and sugar together, over medium heat, in a large stock pot.
  2. When sugar begin to brown and bubble, add beef and stir for 4 minutes.
  3. Add rice and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Add enough water where water come 1/4 inch over ingerdients.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30-40 until water is absorbed.
