RumChata Fudge

  1. Melt butter in 2 quart bowl 1 minute.
  2. Stir in sugar and evaporated milk.
  3. Microwave high 9 minutes - stir after each 3 minutes.
  4. Add baking chips, let stand 2 minutes.
  5. Stir until chips are melted.
  6. Stir in marshmallow cream and liquor.
  7. Stir in macadamia nuts.
  8. Pour in foil lined 9" square pan.
  9. Cover and chill.
