RumChata Fudge
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 12 ounces baking chips white
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream jar
- 13 cup rum rumchata
- 1 cup macadamia nuts chopped
- Melt butter in 2 quart bowl 1 minute.
- Stir in sugar and evaporated milk.
- Microwave high 9 minutes - stir after each 3 minutes.
- Add baking chips, let stand 2 minutes.
- Stir until chips are melted.
- Stir in marshmallow cream and liquor.
- Stir in macadamia nuts.
- Pour in foil lined 9" square pan.
- Cover and chill.
