MAKs Beer Chili

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  2. Add onion; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add turkey to the skillet.
  5. Cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink.
  6. Drain fat and discard.
  7. Place crushed tomatoes in a slow cooker.
  8. Add turkey, onion and garlic mixture to the slow cooker.
  9. Add the remaining ingredients.
  10. Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
