Black And White Cheesecake Brownie Recipe

  1. BROWNIE BASE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. heat over warm (not boiling) water, 1 1/4 c. Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Mini-Morsels; stir till smooth.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat till creamy.
  5. Add in Large eggs, vanilla extract and salt; mix well.
  6. Add in chocolate and flour; mix well.
  7. Spread into foil-lined 9-inch square baking pan.
  8. CHEESECAKE TOPPING: In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and butter; beat till creamy.
  9. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, flour and almond extract; beat well.
  10. Stir in remaining 3/4 c. Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Mini-Morsels.
  11. Pour over brownie base.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min.
  13. Cold completely; cut into 2 1/4 inch squares.
  14. Makes 16 brownies.
