Green Pepper Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook green pepper in small amount of water till tender.
  2. Heat butter in saucepan and blend in flour.
  3. Add in lowfat milk gradually.
  4. Cook and stir till thickened.
  5. Add in cheese and stir till melted.
  6. Stir in peppers.
  7. Pour into baking dish, cover with cracker crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly and brown.
  9. 5-6 servings.
