Creamy Mushroom & Stuffing Egg Bake
- 1 tsp. oil
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms; cook 4 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk eggs, milk and dressing in large bowl with whisk until blended.
- Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
- Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.
- Bake 35 min.
- Top with cheese; bake 15 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before serving.
