Creamy Mushroom & Stuffing Egg Bake

• 1 tsp. oil
• 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 1 tomato, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
• 1 green onion, sliced
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat.
3. Add mushrooms; cook 4 min.
4. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
5. Whisk eggs, milk and dressing in large bowl with whisk until blended.
6. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
7. Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.
8. Bake 35 min.
9. Top with cheese; bake 15 min.
10. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
11. Let stand 10 min.
12. before serving.
