Sweet Black and White Bites
- 1 (10.75 oz.) frozen vanilla pound cake, thawed
- 1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 2 chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
- 2 chocolate pirouline wafer cookies
- Cut cake horizontally and separate.
- Blend the cream cheese with the chocolate pudding and the milk, until everything is mixed.
- Put a layer of the cream cheese/chocolate pudding mix on top of one of the pound cake halves, sprinkle some of the almonds.
- Top with other pound cake piece and top with the remaining chocolate pudding mixture, almonds, shredded coconut and the 2 crushed chocolate cookies.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve with pirouline wafer cookies.
