Blueberry Tea Cake Recipe
- 2 c. Flour, sifted
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Butter, softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Butter
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt.
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add in egg and lowfat milk to butter mix and beat till smooth.
- Add in dry ingredients; mix in blueberries.
- Spread in a greased and floured 8 or possibly 9 inch cake pan.
- Make topping by cutting the ingredients together till it forms course crumbs.
- Sprinkle over cake and bake for 40 min at 375.
