Chicken Corn Casserole Recipe

  1. Heat butter over low heat; stir in flour and seasonings; cook till smooth and bubbly.
  2. Remove from heat and blend in lowfat milk, then cook to a boil for 1 minute.
  3. Combine sauce, chicken and corn.
  4. Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole greased with butter.
  5. Top with crumbs and dot with butter.
  6. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
  7. Serves 6 (can be doubled).
