Apple Pumpkin Oatmeal
- 12 cup old fashion rolled oats
- 1 cup Kashi, go lean crunch (or your favorite crunchy cereal)
- 12 canned pumpkin
- 1 apple, sliced and cored
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup water
- cinnamon
- ground nutmeg
- ginger
- sugar (to taste) or sugar, substiture (to taste)
- Combine water/milk with apple slices, bring to boil.
- Add oats, cook 2 minutes.
- Add Pumpkin, cook additional minute.
- Season with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sugar.
- Stir in Kashi Go Lean Crunch.
