Fried Fish
- 12 Tilapia Fillets
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 flour
- 1 potatoe flakes
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 dash of chili pepper
- 1 poultry seasoning
- 3 eggs
- 1 cooking oil
- Mix the flour and potato flakes in a bowl .
- also beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl
- Season your fish with all your ingredients.
- dip fish into the flour and potato flakes batter then dip it into the egg and then back into the flour flakes batter.
- Fry it in the cooking oil for 5min on each side.
- Eat and enjoy!
