Individual Berry Tiramisu
- 500 g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup cream
- 2 punnet s berries e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1 1/2 cups strong black coffee
- 3/4 cup Marsala
- 12 sponge finger biscuits, cut in half
- Flaked chocolate
- BEAT the PHILLY and sugar with an electric mixer until just combined.
- Add the yolks and cream and beat until smooth.
- Set aside.
- DIVIDE the berries between 8 serving glasses and then top with half the PHILLY mixture.
- COMBINE the coffee and Marsala in a shallow dish.
- Dip 3 biscuit pieces quickly in the coffee then place cut side down into a glass.
- Repeat to make 8.
- Spoon the remaining PHILLY into each glass, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with the flaked chocolate.
- Serve immediately.
- HANDY TIP: Tiramisu is great for entertaining as it can be made and refrigerated overnight.
