Tamal De Elote Recipe

  1. Using blender, liquefy corn with buttermilk.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Add in Large eggs and vanilla alternating portions, fold in flour and corn/buttermilk.
  4. Place mix in greased 11 x 17 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  6. Cold before cutting.
