Tami's Homemade Buffalo Chicken Strips
- 2 lb chicken tenderloins strips
- 2 cups flour
- to taste salt & pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning blend
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup or more Texas Pete brand hot sauce
- Heat about 1" of oil in a pan.
- Season both sides of tenderloin with salt & pepper.
- In a bowl add flour and dried seasonings, stir to combine.
- Dredge tenderloins in flour and cook about 5 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl melt butter, add hot sauce, stir to combine.
