Garlic, Herb and Chili-Spiked Shrimp

  1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add onions, chiles and garlic; cook and stir 3 min.
  3. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min.
  4. or until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Stir in cream cheese and broth; simmer 5 to 6 min.
  6. or until sauce is well blended and slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Spoon rice into 4 bowls; top with shrimp mixture, sauce and parsley.
