Simple Buffalo Chicken Nachos
- 2 whole Chicken Breasts
- 2 pinches Salt
- 2 pinches Black Pepper
- 2 pinches Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cups Franks Hot Buffalo Sauce
- 10 ounces, weight Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- First grill up your chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Once youve let your chicken rest a few minutes, slice into cubes.
- Cover and let marinate for a minute in Franks Buffalo Sauce.
- In a shallow baking sheet, lay out your tortilla chips.
- Top with chicken.
- Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Pop in a 350 degrees F oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Top with salsa and sour cream.
