Quiche

  1. Whisk eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Add flour and milk.
  3. Stir with whisk until combined.
  4. Add cheese, mushrooms, capsicum, onion, and bacon.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Pour into greased & floured quiche dish.
  7. Top with sliced tomato, and sprinkle with Pizza Topper Herbs.
  8. Cook for 40 minutes at 180C, or until firm to touch.
