Sausage-Stuffed Manicotti With Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 13x9-inch (3 quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Spread 1 cup of the pasta sauce in dish.
  4. To remaining sauce in jar, add water and mix well.
  5. Cut sausage links in half lengthwise; remove casing.
  6. Shape each piece of sausage into roll; stuff into uncooked pasta shell.
  7. Place stuffed shells on sauce in dish.
  8. Pour remaining sauce mixture over shells.
  9. Cover tightly with foil; bake 1 hour 20 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese; bake uncovered 10 minutes longer or until cheeses are melted and pasta is tender.
  11. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
